What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Paypal

When Will My ORder Ship?

If your item is "Ready to Ship," that means we have stock in our Seattle warehouse and the item is set to be shipped out within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation when we send it off! If your item is "Made-to-Order," it means you'll receive a shipment confirmation after it arrives to our warehouse, which takes about 12-14 days. Once it gets here, we ship it directly to you. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment confirmation!

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our "ready to ship" products are shipped out via FedEx 2-day shipping, unless you use a P.O. box, in which case we will send it via UPS. Our "made to order" products are also send out via FedEx 2-day shipping once they get to our Seattle warehouse, but take about 1-2 weeks to get to us from our manufacturer. We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx in the U.S. and internationally. This cost is calculated by FedEx and depends on your location.

What does made to Order Mean?

Made to order means that we don't carry the product at our warehouse, and it isn't made until you place your order! MTO products take 1-2 weeks to get to us from our manufacturer, and then we ship them to you from our Seattle warehouse.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please repackage your item as nicely as possible and send it back to us at 840 N 127th St. Seattle, WA 98133. Once it gets to us, we'll inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. If it's in good condition, expect your refund within a few business days! If there's signs of wear, you may be subject to a small restocking fee.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

We only cover return shipping if a mistake was made on our behalf, i.e. we sent the wrong product or a product is damaged. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at info@luxluxehair.com and we will send you a return label. Otherwise, please feel free to use the slowest/most affordable shipping option to return your item - as long as you send it within 30 days of receiving it, we can process your return.
