You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once we ship your item from our US warehouse in Seattle, WA.

All orders placed in the US come with complimentary free 2-day shipping for Ready-to-Ship items.
Made-to-Order items are shipped via 2-Day shipping once the product arrives to our warehouse.
Made-to-Order items normally require 12-16 days to craft and ship from our international manufacturers. Once the item arrives at our warehouse in Seattle, WA your tracking will update to the selected shipping class.
For a $45 fee, your Made-to-Order items can be expedited to cut down your wait time. Expedited MTO normally take 10-12 days to craft and ship.
